- Avoid prolonged exposure in direct sunlight to minimize fading.
- In case of spillage, gently clean the area with a clean dry cloth. Please make sure not to rub the area vigorously.
- Always use coasters or mats when keeping hot, cold or wet materials on the wooden surface.
- Ensure that the product is not exposed to moisture and water.
- Use a dry, soft cloth to immediately to wipe away any moisture.
- Keep sharp objects away to avoid cuts and scratches on the product.
- When moving the product, please do not drag the furniture as it might result in weakening of the joints. Instead lift the product to relocate.
Installation
Installation
Product assembly assistance will depend on the installation category of the
product.
If the product is:
Pre-Assembled — Product will be ready to use and fully assembled. No
assembly required.
DIY — No expert assistance required. The installation requires minimal to no
assembly which can be carried out by the customer.
Mechanical-Assembly — Product requires expert assistance. Suryavanshi
Furniture will provide carpenter to carry out the process of installation and
assembly.
Assembly charges
Free Assembly: Jaipur, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon,
Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad.
Other cities: Nominal charges for assembly are from INR 300-500 which are
payable after assembly directly to the person.
All instructions, parts and accessories required for assembly are included with
the product packet. For Mechanical-Assembly our service representative will visit your location within 1-2 days.

- Product is eligible for return only if it meets the following criteria:
– If the received product has a damage or genuine manufacturing or quality defect.
– If incorrect product was delivered to you which does not match the item
description on the website.
- If the product meets eligible return criteria which are stated above please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be
considered.
- Easy and Fast returns:
Reverse pickup will be arranged within 3-5 days from the approved date of request.
- Refunds shall be processed within 7-10 days after we receive returned product.
