If the product is:

DIY — No expert assistance required. The installation requires minimal to no
assembly which can be carried out by the customer.
Mechanical-Assembly — Product requires expert assistance. Suryavanshi
Furniture will provide carpenter to carry out the process of installation and
assembly.
Assembly charges
Free Assembly: Jaipur, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon,
Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad.
Other cities: Nominal charges for assembly are from INR 300-500 which are
payable after assembly directly to the person.
All instructions, parts and accessories required for assembly are included with
the product packet. For Mechanical-Assembly our service representative will visit your location within 1-2 days.
Product is eligible for return only if it meets the following criteria:
– If the received product has a damage or genuine manufacturing or quality defect.
– If incorrect product was delivered to you which does not match the item
description on the website.
If the product meets eligible return criteria which are stated above please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be
considered.
Easy and Fast returns:
Reverse pickup will be arranged within 3-5 days from the approved date of request.
Refunds shall be processed within 7-10 days after we receive returned product.
